Manager, Agile Center of Excellence at Premera Blue Cross in Mountlake Terrace, WA
What you'll do:
Provide direction for a large-scale enterprise-wide agile program Advise senior leadership on the Agile program planning, tracking, and implementation of critical enterprise-wide strategic initiatives that include both business and system-related aspects Oversee program activities, develop roadmaps, and manage resources Collaborate with others across Premera to synchronize work plans and resources and minimize conflicts across the multiple in-flight initiatives Articulate program status, risks, and outlook to appropriate stakeholders Work closely with program management or stakeholders to prepare and deliver for meetings or presentations such as advisory or leadership meetings, as well as internal and external audiences Provide support, direction, and mentorship to people resources on the team Manage vendor and contractor selection process and monitor vendor performance Manage assigned employees, including hiring, coaching, evaluating, and promoting professional development As part of this role, you may be assigned internal controls derived from Premera's internal controls framework. You will be accountable for understanding the controls assigned to you, their impacts on Premera, and ensuring that they operate effectively. What you'll bring:

Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
