Business Implementation Manager III at Premera Blue Cross in Mountlake Terrace, WA
In this role, you will define stories and prioritize the team backlog, streamlining the execution of program priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the features for the team. In addition, you will work within an agile team as a scrum master. This position will educate the team in scrum and SAFe Agile ensuring that the agreed Agile process is being followed. You will also help remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement. What you will do:
Develop and maintain the new product roadmap with events/milestones over a 1 to 3-year horizon. Collaborate with divisions and sponsors to determine system enhancements, ownership, and desired results to meet customers' needs. Facilitate the relationship with the business partners and user community acting as a liaison bringing their voice to the delivery team. Model, lead, plan, and reinforce agile processes ceremonies. Provide leadership in defining the scope of change, related impacts, and evaluation of the implementation approach. Monitor implementation activities and schedules to ensure the achievement of goals. Identify any gaps in processes, ensuring that potential issues and risks are communicated and escalated. Communicate both orally and in written forms with all audiences within the organization and the implementation team. Document activities and distribute status reports. Act as the voice of the customer to the Agile delivery team by and knowing the business strategies and requirements and representing them to the delivery team. What you will bring:
Bachelor's degree in business or the equivalent of 4 years of business experience. (Required) Five years of implementation management, business management, or project management experience. (Required) Experience leading projects in an Agile/ Scrum work environment. (Preferred)
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
