Summary:
The Runner is a team member classified based on individual location needs, and/or employee availability, as either variable hour, part-time fixed, part- time regular or a full-time hourly employee whose main responsibility is to provide superior guest service in a clean, maintained and comfortable environment.
They must have a genuine concern for ensuring guest satisfaction represent the Cinebarre in a manner that is consistent with the Company's mission statement and policies.
If the theatre sells alcohol and your assigned duties will include the serving of alcohol, you must be of legal age with all applicable training, permits and licenses to serve alcohol per to state or local laws.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

Regular and consistent attendance Ensure guests are served in a timely and professional manner in accordance with REG standards Ensure timely communication with all guests Remain knowledgeable on all food and beverage menu items, including specials and promotions, and Regal Crown Club Respond personally to guest questions and complaints Ensure that all orders are accurate and brought to each table in a timely manner Work closely with restaurant management to immediately address all customer concerns and create a pleasant dining experience Confirm orders with the cooks and bartenders whenever clarification is needed Assist with setting tables Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures Rotate stock items as per established procedures Expedite food orders as needed Check guests and alert servers if guests need attention Collaborate with servers to ensure that tables are cleared, cleaned and waiting for the next guest Ensure flatware is clean and available Portion side sauces and dressing as needed Check guests' identification to confirm they meet the legal drinking age if alcoholic beverages were ordered Knowledge of and adherence to all laws, legal obligations and company policies regarding the serving of alcohol.
Knowledge and compliance with all food safety rules, laws, protocols, and standards.
Adhere and maintain all Health Department rules and regulations Responsible for accurate handling of delivery receipts and inventory Knowledge of proper operation and cleaning of all related equipment Proper use of all related storerooms Ensure lost and found items are handled in accordance with REG policy Checks restrooms and hand washing stations every 30 minutes for cleanliness and supplies Maintains interior lobby, hallways, and auditoriums.
Must be clean and inviting Proper use of all cleaning materials per SDS Knowledge of all opening, closing and in between show procedures Knowledge of all emergency, evacuation, and robbery procedures Ensuring guest satisfaction - smile, greet, and thank all guests.
Accurately tracking and reporting tips Take prompt, appropriate action to turn dissatisfied guests into repeat guests Knowledge and compliance of dress code Maintain excellent personal hygiene Abide by all federal and state laws with regards to breaks and/or meal periods Must be SDS trained Must be TIPS certified Obtain food handlers card where applicable Must report any and all damages or maintenance issues to management Must report any and all suspicious activity, persons, or items to management immediatelyRequirements
Qualifications:

Education/
Experience:
Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as a concessionist or progress towards completion required.
Complete any legally required state or local training and obtain the required certificate.
Completed the Regal Entertainment Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Online University.
Language Ability:
Possess good public speaking, listen effectively, and respond clearly and directly.
Math Ability:
Perform calculations with speed and accuracy and identify and correct errors.
Reasoning Ability:
Identify problems, gather relevant data, and note possible causes of problems.
Evaluate relevant information, recognize alternatives and reach conclusions based on evidence.
