Primary
Responsibilities:
The Floor Nurse will contribute to the assessment of residents, implement health care services and collaborate with the Terrace Manager and Community Health Director to provide health promotion and monitoring of residents.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
o Ability to productively communicate with residents living with dementia and their familieso Ability to provide resident and family educationo Ability to use a computer, with Word, spreadsheet, email and interneto Ability to foster a positive environment and represent Era Living in a competent, professional mannero Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule formo Ability to read, write and communicate in English
