Job DescriptionWe are seeking empathetic and professional Customer Service Representatives who take pride in offering compassionate care to healthcare providers and elderly patients.
This role, available in both full-time and part-time capacities, involves primarily handling incoming customer service calls.
You will be an empathetic voice and support for our customers, and patients, ensuring their pharmacy needs are met with the utmost care and efficiency.
Our Customer Service Representatives are key members of our team, the face of our company.

Responsibilities:
Efficiently handle incoming calls from patients and healthcare providers.
Processing faxed and verbal refill requests with accuracy and empathy.
Assist elderly patients and their caregivers with pharmacy-related inquiries.
Collaborate with healthcare providers for prescription authorizations and patient care coordination.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure patient support.
QualificationsWe are looking for:
