As a Data & Reporting Analyst for our Appeals and Grievances team, you will build reporting and analyze information that can be directed back into the business to reduce cost, and improve customers' experience. This is an exciting role where you will help us build the infrastructure to mine the data that has essentially been untouched. You'll work cross-functionally and consult with teams that include Customer Experience, customer service, and legal. Your work product will give us the ability to service customers in a more meaningful way (that you will help impact), and we will be able to adjust to help reduce litigation risks by identifying trends. You'll provide input for new programs that, will allow for us to plan and to proactively minimize risk.


What you'll do:

Create, develop and utilize reporting structures and analyze processes
Determine the most appropriate methods for distributing results to the business
Gather and mine data, analyze and assemble it in to meaningful format for non-technical audiences
Use data and consult to make improvement recommendations to lower risks and improve experience
Compile complex data from many sources so databases can link appropriately


What you'll bring:

Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field or four (4) years' work experience
Four (4) years' business analyst experience
Two (2) years' mathematical/statistical modeling experience
Risk adjustment knowledge and experience would be helpful
Experience applying analytical, problem solving & technical abilities to daily responsibilities
Knowledge, or experience with a SQL or other reporting/query programming language, relational databases, and /or related software packages
Knowledge of data management
Excellent analytical and research skills
Experience with Tableau would be a plus
Ability to clearly articulate solution-oriented thoughts and ideas

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
