As a Senior Digital Product Manager for our public facing websites, you will oversee the strategy across all of the portals. You will work closely with customer experience researchers, user experience designers and technical delivery teams, translating customer wishes and needs into digital experiences.


What you'll do
Engage/partner closely with vertical owners and understand business goals, strategy and priorities of each business
Define key goals and metrics for public pages in each portal.
Partner with IT and content delivery partners to deliver on the capabilities.
Define tactics that will achieve the defined goals for each portal.
Measure and report on results.
Collaborate with key stakeholders and digital program owners to develop and implement a prioritization structure for pub site work requests.
Organize and lead regular program council meetings to take in and prioritize work requests.
Develop a framework for testing content -working knowledge of AB and multivariate testing methods.
Design and manage reporting dashboards
Articulate a compelling story to stakeholders for the public site strategies and programs.
Tell the story around the updated navigation and branding of the site and gain buy in from a diverse group of stakeholders.


What you'll bring
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Five years' experience with at least three in a product management capacity for digital experiences or software platforms.
Expertise in content strategy, web analytics, A/B and multivariate testing
Experience personalizing and targeting digital experiences to diverse audience segments and a documented track record of results from your work
A deep desire to improve peoples' lives and understand how important health care is for our customers.
A desire to be part of a dynamic industry and grow with an evolving organization.
The ability to understand and champion the role of digital within an overall customer experience.
Creative and analytical problem solving skills and a goal to constantly improve at your craft.
The ability to derive insights from diverse sources of systems and customer data.
A relentless curiosity about how things work in a complex and dynamic environment.
A desire to work as part of a collaborative cross functional team and will foster a 'one team' mentality with all your partners.
Agile software development environment, but you can write detailed functional specs and process flows if the situation requires it.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
