This includes a broad portfolio of medical and ancillary products supported by easy-to-use technology platforms and distributed in partnership with producers and professional advisors across four states.
As the Manager of Sales Support for Connexion, you will act as a senior management presence for company Operations. You will help better serve our customers and partners by creating a culture that promotes employee growth, collaborative innovation, and inspired leadership. What you?ll do
Oversee and manage all daily business operations for Connexion.
Build and manage a Sales Support team (including hiring, coaching, performance management, etc.)
Provide recommendations to cross-functional and sales leaders in developing, planning and implementing effective processes.
Lead and act as a consultant in support of organizational strategy, initiatives, projects, and products.
Review and manage budget for all cost centers impacting the organization.
Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and vendors (including Premera, MetLife, RSL, VSP, etc.).
As a key contributor to the management team, provide guidance towards future vision of organization.
Assist with process and systems improvement activities ? technology focused.
What you?ll bring
Bachelor?s degree or four (4) years? work experience.
Five (5) years of sales experience.
Two (2) years of supervisory/management experience or equivalent.
Experience in customer service and client management.
Entrepreneurial mindset.
Background in technology is a plus!

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
