As a Learning and Development Partner you will engage and consult with leaders across the organization and play an important role in providing learning and development recommendations to leaders within Premera. Working with HR Business Partners and leaders, you will identify and customize learning and development tools and non-technical training that will positively contribute to the organizational effectiveness of teams across Premera. This includes facilitation of division specific trainings and customizing current offerings for your assigned division(s). What you'll do Diagnose problems and identify solutions and interventions that boost team success, engagement and performance Consult with business leaders on organizational/team effectiveness Assist leaders in building positive relationships with each other and with team members by customizing tools such as DISC, Leader Assimilation and Team Norms Partner with HR Business Partner and Lean communities to resolve issues that cross department boundaries Collaborate with assigned business division to identify needs and create custom learning outcomes Develop programs and implement recommendations that support achievement of business goals and strategy Assist Leaders with building solid onboarding and/or development plans Perform change management consulting and planning Create and facilitate custom workshops to meet division needs Modify versions of standard courses to fit division specific needs. Courses include but are not limited to: Fierce Conversations, Crucial Conversations, Emotional Intelligence and 5 Dysfunctions of a Team Build effective and sustainable working and coaching relationships with business leaders. Facilitate division specific training or meetings, team building activities, strategic planning, and coaching and mentoring sessions What you'll bring Bachelor's degree in business, human resources or organizational development or 4 years related work experience 5 years progressively responsible work experience in human resources, including learning and development, human resources generalist, or business partner Customer focused approach to work Ability to drive results within large organizations Ability to partner with others in developing strategic plans Knowledge of adult learning principles Strong written, verbal, presentation, and active listening skills Experience delivering training programs, providing individual and organizational performance consulting, and designing adult training and instructional programs Training and/or certification in project management Certification and qualification in behavioral assessment interpretation is preferred Skilled at translating complex concepts to simple, effective tool or process for leaders and employees What we offer Premera is proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package including: Medical, vision and dental coverage Life and disability insurance Retirement programs (401K employer match and pension plan) Wellness incentives, onsite services, a discount program and more Tuition assistance for undergraduate and graduate degrees Generous Paid Time Off to reenergize Free parking 11770

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
