Senior IT Analyst - Dynamcis 365

As a Senior IT Analyst on our Digital Applications team, you will help build a tool to enable the business with technology. This is an exciting opportunity to allow a Customer Service Representative (CSR) better able to manage the needs of Premera customers. You will be involved in providing a single application designed to enhance the CSRs capabilities to help customers in a meaningful way. There will be many opportunities for you to participate in migrating the capabilities of external applications into a meaningful customer service tool. What you'll do Lead and perform technical analysis activities to identify solutions that are suited to current and future needs of customers Act as a liaison between customers and the technical organization by leading analysis efforts for a new system implementation Understand the requirements and assist in identifying and documenting appropriate solutions through the application of technology to meet business needs Participate in/Lead post-implementation reviews, generate problem reports and provide appropriate feedback Build strong positive relationships with stakeholders Understand and suggest out of the box configuration changes that will support the needs of the business Refine and produce stories to facilitate the implemention of features to support CSR needs What you'll bring Experience with Dynamics 365 - Experience with USD is a plus Bachelor's Degree or four (4) years' work experience Seven (7) years' experience in information technology Customer focus with demonstrated experience and ability to assess root issues and resolve customer's satisfaction issues. Familiar with Agile and SCRUM methodologies. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
